User Content and Uploaded Files

The App may store notes, work journals, messages, project records, attachments, exported documents, invoice files, spreadsheets, images, drawings, and other files uploaded or created by users as part of business operations.

Authentication and Security Information

We may process account identifiers, authentication status, passkey credential metadata, login-related security signals, IP addresses, timestamps, audit logs, and operation logs to protect accounts, enforce permissions, prevent abuse, and maintain system security.

Usage and Diagnostic Information

We may process app activity records, feature usage, error logs, performance data, and technical diagnostics to operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve the App.

The App does not use personal data for third-party advertising. We do not sell personal information. We do not use information from the App to track users across other companies’ apps or websites for advertising or data brokerage purposes.

We use trusted service providers to operate the App and deliver its business functions. These may include cloud hosting, database, authentication, file storage, email delivery, security, analytics, reporting, and e-commerce integration providers.

The App is not directed to children and is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the App.
